On a plot of 1000 sq.m. in the area of Kifisia, Attica, four residences of 250 sq.m. each are created in a row, in a vertical development of three levels each. In the south, the common outdoor swimming pool is arranged and the facades of the buildings are treated as a single unit with a bioclimatic construction. On the contrary, the northern side of the buildings is treated with the oncoplastic logic of the articulation of relationships with voids and solids.
