Presentation of the project “Beds” during the Hypnos Project exhibition at the Onassis Library
The work “Kataklisesi” consists of a territorial installation and a video. It is part of a broader research that produces collective sojourns in the mnemonic territories of the Greek countryside. The sojourns are accompanied by the reading of excerpts from the pre-Socratic philosophers. The installation itself is a trace of sojourn and an interpretive essay on the fragments of pre-Socratic discourse.
The project “Anaximander in Fukushima” presented in an exhibition of the same name at the Benaki Museum in 2014 is the earlier formulation of this research.
Installation dimensions: 3.90X2.90m
Production: 2014, 2016
