The project \u201cA Million Mind Guerrillas\u201d* is a wooden structure-repository of stones collected from anywhere (2.00X2.00X060m). The stones in the collection can be perceived either as planets in miniature or even as evidence of past life, deposited in the earth’s crust in fossil strata. The skull of every collector, craftsman, stonemason, geologist, paleontologist or anthropologist will certainly constitute the raw material for future stratifications of the planet. The endoskeleton of vertebrates is tomorrow’s mineral wealth.<\/p>\n
The work is included in the Benaki Museum exhibition entitled \u201cMr. Robinson Crusoe Stayed Home\u201d, curated by Kostis Velonis and Polina Kosmadakis. **. It belongs to the broader unit of works of the project \u201cLithology_ Every Stone is the Earth\u201d which will be presented in a solo exhibition by Zisis Kotionis, in 2021, at the Art Center of the Municipality of Athens, curated by Christoforos Marinos.<\/p>\n
