A coffee shop table and two chairs from an Athenian tavern of the period are the minimal installation for the ghost of a thwarted love who drinks alone with the support of an unseen waiter. The masterpiece “Garsonni” by Manolis Chiotis with Mary Linda to lyrics by G. Economides, a “slow rock” as it is written on the 1960 album, becomes the mnemonic background of a visual and acoustic experience that creates the work “Garsonni Blues”.
